Credentials
The SHRM HR-X Credential is earned by attending SHRM HR-X Live! and corresponds to the dimension and level that the attendee is assigned to after completing their dimension placement. The four dimensions are Talent Optimization, Organizational Impact, Functional Acceleration, and Market Discernment. Each one contains Level I, Level II, and Level III, with Level III indicating the highest degree of applied mastery. Capitalize the names of the credentials, and be specific about what credential an individual holds. Example: “Kimberly Koerth earned the SHRM HR-X Credential: Market Discernment — Level II” last year.
Note: This credential is not the same as SHRM certification, SHRM Specialty Credentials, or certificates.
