Graphical Elements
Circle Logo
The circle element should be slightly cropped off the page, either in the center or in a corner.
The circle graphic can be divorced from the SHRM26 logo and used on its own for background/transparency/texture as a design element.
Pinwheel
The pinwheel should be semi-transparent, serving as a graphic element, and cropped off the page.
Repeating SHRM Blocks
The SHRM blocks should be semi-transparent, serving as a repeating graphic element. This treatment provides texture in application as a supportive brand element.
Repeating SHRM blocks should be used in the primary colors on the current board but may be used in one of the accent colors (melon or lemon) based on the overall design if no other elements already use those accent colors.

ITERATION THRU SHRM26:
Now thru end of 2025: Add pops of one of the accent colors to new graphic requests.
Starting in 2026: Marketing Assets: Integrate more pops of color thru the event, such as using an accent color instead of the secondary light gray or powder blue (see examples), as long as the primary blue color is still the dominant color. Portraits and images should remain monochrome for Event Marketing.
