Most recently, Gustafson was the HR business partner for Supplier Management groups on assignment in Europe and Asia supporting 200 employees assisting with all facets of programs and initiatives related to the expatriation/repatriation processes, international manager training, international employee relations, and global mobility. Prior to this, Gustafson provided human resource support to the BCA Engineering organization which operates in Everett, Wash., Charleston, N.C., Wichita, KS, and Long Beach, Calif. She is also a Leadership Training Facilitator for managers at the Boeing Leadership Center located in St. Louis, Missouri.
