James is committed to leading US Security Associates and its affiliated companies to better utilize its most valuable asset, its people. James has over 25 years of global experience as an executive Human Resource operations management leader, as well as Senior Human Resources Business Partner for Strategic new Business Development. His keen focus on Six Sigma Human Resources practices has enabled James to work as the tactical lead in mergers and acquisitions (M&A’s). Along with this, James has lead the HR teams supporting global business scenarios, and has become the person most knowledgeable to identify streamlining processes and procedures to effectively merge workforces of acquired companies. This includes compensation/benefits, and executive change management. He holds a Master Black Belt Six Sigma with specific strengths in overall Decisive Global HR Operations and International Marketing.

Curtis D. Curry, PhD Leadership & HRD (ABD-graduation May 2016), MBA, MA International Studies, Fellow, Institute for Cross Cultural Management, and President of Quality Learning International, has over 25 years of leadership experience working with global organizations in the human and organizational performance improvement field. He has trained over 35,000 professionals from dozens of organizations including Harris, United Space Alliance, Ricoh, Sun Nuclear, Roche Diagnóstica do Brasil, Unilever, and government customers. His experience includes consulting in the areas of organizational change, global leadership, communicating across cultures, teambuilding, creating high-potential leadership programs, and coaching global leaders. He has spearheaded the development of more than 150 courses and workshops, speaks Spanish (has taught more than 50 leadership workshops in Spanish), Portuguese, and French, and has facilitated leadership development programs in North America, Europe, Asia, the Caribbean, and Latin America.
Curry served as director of training, Center for Business & Industry, Miami-Dade College; director, World Trade Institute of the Americas, World Trade Center Miami; and director, Entrena Honduras/Nicaragua. He teaches courses in organizational behavior, international management, global leadership, and organizational consulting for Florida Institute of Technology and writes articles and book chapters on global leadership themes.

Andrea Huggard-Caine is partner-director and senior consultant at Huggard-Caine HR Consulting & Management (in compensation and benefits and other HR services), and as a volunteer serves in the Brazilian HR Association (ABRH Nacional) as volunteer Director for Certification and Metrics. She has achieved certifications as both a certified Global Professional in Human Resources (GPHR) and a Human Resources Management Professional (HRMP) from the HR Certification Institute (HRCI). With over 20 years' experience, she began her career at Citibank, first in Brazil and then in Italy. Eleven year later, she became a partner in an international HR consultancy. She was responsible for planning HR strategies, leadership, performance, compensation and benefits for Brazil, USA, and some Latin American countries. In October 2003, Huggard-Caine took full control of the local company, now renamed HuggardCaine Consulting and Management in HR.

She has demonstrated ability in working effectively with various cultures, including North American, Arab, Japanese, Chinese, Indian, African and European. She is fluent in French (first language) and English and holds a bachelor degree in Management, with specialization in HR/ IR.
Robert J. (Bob) Livingston, SHRM-SCP, GPHR VP Human Resources - Global Operations Procter & Gamble Cincinnati, Ohio
Bob Livingston is the Vice President – Human Resources, Global Compensation and Benefits and Global Employee & Labor Relations for Procter & Gamble in Cincinnati Ohio. A native Canadian, Livingston holds degrees in Mechanical Engineering and an MBA in Human Resources, as well as a SHRM-SCP certification. He worked at General Motors in Canada and has held a number of Human Resources positions at P&G in Canada, Australia, Germany, Switzerland, and the US. He has experience in Global Compensation, Benefits, Mobility, Global Policy, and served as the head of HR for P&G's Global Selling Operations and P&G's Global Beauty business. He is also a Vice Chairman of the Executive Committee of the Board of Directors for the Greater Cincinnati Energy Alliance. He has been active in SHRM since 2008 and is in his second year serving on the SHRM Global Expertise Panel. Livingston lives in Cincinnati with his wife Kate and two dogs, and has three millennial children. He is also an avid scuba diver and skier.

Carol Olsby, MS, GPHR, GRP, CCP, is a senior international human resources executive with over 20 years of demonstrated experience designing and scaling domestic and global technology companies in rapidly changing environments. She is a Principal at Carol Olsby & Associates where she provides global and domestic HR consulting services to a variety mid to large companies. Previously, Carol was employed as a Director, Human Resources – Americas & Asia with Tieto where led the fastest growing region employing nearly 2,500 employees. Tieto a 2.1 billion Euro public global software (Telecom, Banking, Gas & Oil, Forest & Healthcare) & IT company employing 18,000 employees in 26 countries. For the past seven years, Olsby has been theWA SHRM International Director where she is responsible for sponsoring educational opportunities for global HR professionals. Due to her SHRM global large scale growth and GPHR certified members, her work was profiled as a "2011 SHRM Pinnacle Finalist". She also co-founded the Global HR Consortium, the society for international human resources professionals which has over 130 member companies. She founded and chairs the HR Roundtable, the northwest's society for high-technology human resources professionals, which has nearly 150 member companies. She has represented technology companies as a technical expert for WA State laws that would have negatively affected business. All the lobbying efforts she has been involved in were successful resulting in amendments to WA State laws.

Carol has the Global Professional HR (GPHR) designation from SHRM. She obtained the World at Work Global Remuneration Professional (GRP) and Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) designations. She also has received an International Business Program Certificate from a program sponsored by Tieto at the IFL and the Stockholm School of Economics. Pramila Rao is an Associate Professor of Human Resource Management (HRM) in Marymount University, Arlington, VA, since Aug 2005. She has published articles in academic journals such as Employee Relations, Cross-Cultural Management, Strategic HR Review, The Learning Organization, Journal of Indian Business Research, among others. She is also the author of HRMex: Human Resource Management in Mexico: Perspectives for scholars and practitioners which was published in 2015 and 2012. She has published two learning modules for SHRM (Society of Human Resource Management), a leading institution for HRM professionals, on management practices in India and Mexico. Her insights on various HR issues have appeared in media such as Bloomberg, SHRM, and Metro.
Her subject research interest focuses primarily on HRM practices in a cross-cultural context with a special focus on Mexico and India. She has presented in several global HRM conferences on these areas of expertise. She offers consulting services also for companies interested in doing business in Mexico and India. Currently is the Founder & Managing Director for Global HR Works. A newly started Recruiting/Search Firm. Previously he was the HR Manager for AJE Group and the head of Learning & Development at one of the top 10 pharmaceutical companies in the world, and one of the fortunes 500.
Samy have had the opportunity to participate and contribute to the HR organization on Global Level across different cultures with speaking experience in Egypt, South Africa, India, Peru and the US.
Prior to this Samy studied, and worked in the United States as part of U.S Department of State Scholarship "The Global Leadership Academy"
Samy also taught at The American University in Cairo –Business Studies Division (Human Resources Program)

Christine Sloan, SHRM-SCP, GPHR, SPHR Director of HR, International Operations Associated Press Washington, D.C.
Christine (Chris) Sloan is the Director of HR, International Operations for Associated Press (AP), a global media organization. She has served in HR management roles for private and public companies, and across a range of industries including healthcare, banking and media. Sloan served as Chapter president for the Northeast Florida ASTD chapter, and has served as a member on the SHRM Global Expertise panel for several years. Sloan received her Bachelor of Science degree from James Madison University and her Master's in Business Administration from University of North Florida.
