Rebecca Briley, SHRM-SCP

With over 30 years of experience in Human Resources (HR), Rebecca created and has led the Credit Union's HR Department for the past 18 years. She directs and administers the overall operations of the department and serves as their HR business partner. Rebecca provides her HR expertise with primary emphasis in areas of HR strategies, thought leadership, policy development and implementation, financial management, employee benefits, recruitment, and professional development. 

Rebecca holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration from Louisiana State University in Baton Rouge. She received her Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) Certification as a Senior Certified Professional in 2015.

Rebecca has served in a variety of SHRM Affiliated volunteer leadership roles since 2003, including the Southwest Region SHRM Membership Advisory Council Member, Louisiana SHRM State Council Director, and Chapter President of Greater Baton Rouge SHRM. She currently serves as the Louisiana SHRM Membership Director, Sponsorship Chair for the Louisiana SHRM HR Conference and Diversity & Inclusion Summit and SHRM's Special Expertise Panel on Ethics and Corporate Social Responsibility. In addition to her SHRM volunteer work, Rebecca also has extensive volunteer experience with the Credit Union National Association's Human Resource/Training Development Council, the Louisiana Department of Labor's Baton Rouge Job Center Employer Committee, the Baton Rouge Area Bank Security Association, and Junior Chamber International.

Danielle Corradino
Director of Human Resources, The Corradino Group

Danielle Corradino is the Director of Human Resources at The Corradino Group, Inc., a national multimillion dollar mid-sized engineering and planning firm. She is an accomplished human resources professional with over 13 years of experience in the private sector, and a primary focus on small business growth and risk management. She is also responsible for HR Strategy, benefits management, HRIS, employment law, and other business support services, as well as organizational development, attracting and developing talent and building a culture of engagement. She is highly skilled in compliance, leadership and management coaching.

Danielle is a facilitator for Women Leading Broward, a leadership initiative in Broward County. She was in the class of 2016 and facilitated the 2017 and 2018 classes. She has been the Communications Director for the Human Resources Association of Broward County (HRABC) since 2017.

Danielle holds a JD from Widener University School of Law and a BA from Villanova University.

Marci Haabestad, SHRM-SCP
Chief People Officer, KeyPoint Government Solutions

Marci has over 30 years of experience as an HR leader and is currently the Chief People Officer at KeyPoint Government Solutions, a leading provider of investigative and risk-mitigation services to the US Government. At KeyPoint, she is responsible for formulating long and short-range plans to effectively align people with business objectives and is accountable for all aspects of the Human Resource function including recruiting, total rewards, employee relations, compliance, training and employee engagement.

Prior to joining KeyPoint, Marci spent 7 years as an HR leader with various government contractors and 20 years leading commercial software development organizations.

Marci has been an active member of SHRM since 1988, serving on the Board of the Northern Colorado Human Resources association since 2007 in roles including Secretary, President and SHRM Foundation Chair. She received a BA in Psychology from Cornell University and holds both SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP).

Barbara Kelley, SHRM-CP
Senior Human Resources Manager, Workforce Relations, General Dynamics Mission Systems

Barbara Kelley joined General Dynamics Human Resources in East Texas in 2003, in Payroll and moving upward through progressively challenging roles. Today she is the Senior Manager for Workforce Relations for the Central Region of the US, responsible for 2600+ employees in 20 states. Barbara specializes in performance management. She holds the SHRM Certified Professional and Professional in Human Resources certification.

General Dynamics Mission Systems develops mission-critical Command, Control, Communications, Computing, Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance (C4ISR) solutions across the land, sea, air, space and cyber domains. The Kilgore facility is part of General Dynamics SATCOM Technologies, the world's leading provider of satellite communications, ground-based products and services used by military and commercial industries on land, air and sea.

Barbara is a member of SHRM and the East Texas Human Resources Association (ETHRA). Board experience includes two terms with the Kilgore Historical Preservation Foundation. Barbara's studies at William Jewell College in Liberty, Missouri advanced her career in Marketing and Distribution before focusing on Human Resources. She now lives in Kilgore, Texas with her husband, Kevin, and their six dogs and two cats.

Mona Najib

Nancy Premo
Vice President of Human Resources, CenterState Corporate for Economic Opportunity

Nancy is the Vice President of Human Resources for CenterState Corporation for Economic Opportunity in Syracuse, New York. She joined CenterState in April 2016, and is responsible for all human resource matters.

Prior to joining CenterState, Nancy was Director of Human Resources at Bousquet Holstein, PLLC, a mid-sized law firm in Syracuse, New York. In addition, Nancy is on the Executive Committee of the Board of Directors of McMahon Ryan Child Advocacy Center, and is a member of the Board of Directors of the Red House.

Nancy received her degree from State University of New York.

Deirdre Simmons, SHRM-CP
Human Resources Business Partner, Dress for Success Worldwide

Deirdre Simmons is a passionate HR leader with over 10 years of human resources, operations & leadership experience. Her talents and leadership capabilities are what motivated her to work on committees for the NJ Gateway SHRM chapter eventually becoming president and helping the organization achieve a Silver status award. She, a national SHRM member on the Ethics/Corporate Social Responsibility and Sustainability Panel, has recently joined the Southern Connecticut SHRM chapter.

She does HR consulting for NFP, Insurance and Benefits. Prior work experience: Pepsi-Cola, Ford Motor Company, Dress for Success Worldwide, an international construction company and the Department of Homeland Security. She has volunteered for a multitude of non-profits. This sought after speaker has delivered commencement speeches and led workshops for professionals, the under-employed and students.

As a graduate of the University of Connecticut's School of Business with a Master's of Science in Human Resource Management, she is now a founding member of the UCONN MSHRM Alumni Council. In church, she has worked with various ministries including workforce readiness initiatives.

She considers her most important role to be wife. Deirdre and her husband have multiple business endeavors. They reside in Danbury, CT.

Sylvia Washington, SHRM-SCP

Sylvia Washington has over 25 years in human resources and operational management for small, mid, and large sized companies in real estate, manufacturing, telecommunications, hospitality, services, and retail. Having worked in both private and public companies with operations in multiple states, Sylvia has collaborated with executive leadership to build and support ethical practices to support company strategic objectives as well as compliance. Sylvia's areas of expertise include change management, performance improvement, talent acquisition and development, and assisting leaders to build trust and accountability in their organizations.

Sylvia has been a certified HR professional since 1998 and previously served in leadership roles for the American Society of Training and Development.
