About the Speaker:

PradeepMukherjee.gif Pradeep Mukerjee has over 31 years of experience working with leaders, teams and enterprises on talent and human capital issues for various multi-national and Indian organisations spanning diverse industries including financial services, information technology, pharmaceutical, health care, and manufacturing. Since April 2007, he has been consulting in the area of organisational and leadership alignment and effectiveness and coaching senior executives. His last assignment was as CEO & Country Head, India for Mercer Consulting Pvt. Ltd., the largest global HR Consulting firm. Pradeep has worked in the Middle East and the United States during the course of his career. From 2000 to 2007, he headed Human Resource function for all of Citigroup's different businesses in India, Sri Lanka and Bangladesh covering banking, consumer finance, BPO, KPO, Brokerage and Technology Infrastructure Space in ten different legal vehicles.
