Strategic Transformation Director
Angie Wilen leads organizational effectiveness, culture and change management efforts to advance Freddie Mac's multifamily digital transformation. Her strategic approach combines data-driven insights, human-centered design principles and diverse perspectives to optimize people, processes and technology for both today and the future of work. With more than 15 years of experience across all HR functions, her goal is to challenge current paradigms and leverage HR best practices to help the business innovate and deliver on its mission.
Angie earned her Bachelor of Science degree in financial economics from the University of Maryland, Baltimore County and a master's degree in HR management from Georgetown University. She is currently pursuing a doctorate in education at Vanderbilt University.
