Jada is the inaugural senior vice president and chief diversity and inclusion officer at Southern New Hampshire University and has spent nearly 30 years designing and supporting diversity and inclusion initiatives in education. A licensed restorative-practice trainer and trained leader with the National SEED project (Seeking Educational Equity and Diversity), Jada draws on her lifelong passion for people and storytelling to deepen her own and others' understanding of bias, beauty and possibility across difference.  

Shanita Williams, Ed.D, Associate Vice President of Talent Engagement & Inclusion
Dr. Shanita Williams is Southern New Hampshire University's Associate Vice President of Talent Engagement and Inclusion. She possesses 13 years of experience in talent management with a passion for creating conditions that empower employees to reach their highest authentic potential. As a leader in HR, she leverages real-time employee insights to inform university-wide action plans that enhance the employee experience and ensure diversity, equity and inclusion are embedded in all talent strategies, policies and programs.
