Dan L. Ward
Special Advisor for Talent Solutions (retired)

Dan L. Ward was the National Aeronautics & Space Administration (NASA) Special Advisor for Talent Solutions until his retirement in October 2020.  Before NASA, he was the Chief Workforce Economist for The MITRE Corporation, where he served as a workforce strategy advisor to Federal Government agencies. In the three decades prior to beginning government sector work; Ward developed, implemented, and directed human capital planning and workforce analytics practices for EDS, Texaco, GTE, and AT&T-Western Electric.

A Renaissance man, Dan was recently a conference keynote speaker on Scenario Planning for the American Productivity & Quality Center (APQC) and for the Human Capital Institute (HCI).  Seemingly unable to actually retire, Ward is a part-time people strategy mentor and advisor at RevTek Solutions.
