Alexandria, VA - (June 9, 2017)- As the charitable affiliate of the Society for Human Resource Management, SHRM Foundation is honored to announce our newly awarded 4-Star rating from Charity Navigator. This status is given to organizations that demonstrate strong financial health and commitment to transparency. Charity Navigator is the largest charity evaluator nationwide and has been celebrated by Forbes, Business Week amongst other publications for its unique data-based analysis of charitable organizations. SHRM Foundation is among the quarter of charities rated to have received this distinction. This award sets SHRM Foundation apart from its peers and promotes public trustworthiness from donors and supporters.

In addition to this accolade, SHRM Foundation is also a Platinum GuideStar participant, an achievement earned by demonstrating continuous results year after year. Being  a recipient of the highest levels of recognition offered by both GuideStar and Charity Navigator exemplifies the SHRM Foundation's commitment to our donors and to the students and HR professionals who are empowered to build inclusive organizations through our programs.
