5 Legal Resources Cover New Employment Realities

This week SHRM hosted almost 600 HR Professionals in Washington, D.C. for the 2015 Employment Law and Legislative Conference. This important event covers the new employment realities that organizations need to be aware of to prepare for the future, such as workplace flexibility, Supreme Court decisions, hiring talent in the United States and abroad, the Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act, the impact of changes to the FLSA, and state law trends that impact HR.
