COVID-19 Vaccination Resources

What can employers do if workers avoid COVID-19 vaccines?
It's legal for employers to require the vaccine, and absent medical or religious accommodations, applicable state laws or any prohibitive labor and individual employment contract language, they may be able to fire employees who don’t comply. Employers can also ask employees to disclose their vaccination status, compel regular COVID-19 testing and implement different workspace requirements on unvaccinated workers. Employers may impose higher insurance surcharges on employees who are unvaccinated if certain compliance hurdles are cleared.
