Compliance with the overtime rule kicked into overdrive with the final regulations’ release in May. To keep up with members’ questions about what the rule means for them, the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) 2016 Annual Conference & Exposition has many sessions that will discuss how the rule affects different types of employers and what HR professionals can do to get ready for the Dec. 1, 2016, effective date. Note that rooms are subject to change. Check the #SHRM16 app for the most current room assignments.
