When Work Works Community Partners connect community leaders from business, media and government to create change and make the community case for effective and flexible workplaces. When Work Works is a joint project of SHRM and the Families and Work Institute (FWI). The project explores ways to reinvent work and create more effective and flexible workplaces.
The great success and growth of When Work Works is due in large part to the ever-growing ranks of SHRM state councils and chapters that have joined the initiative to lend their expertise and leadership to educate their HR colleagues and employers at the local level about effective work. SHRM thanks the following state councils and chapters for their participation in When Work Works. Thank you for your leadership on this important HR issue!
