This is part six of the six-part State of Employee Benefits in the Workplace series. Approximately one-quarter of organizations had an employee benefits communications budget in the last fiscal year. Distributing online or paper enrollment materials was the most common benefits communication method used by organizations, while social media was one of the least common practices.
