The greatest change was reported for administrative/secretarial positions, where fewer organizations will consider candidates with only a high school diploma or equivalent (56%), and more organizations will require a minimum of either an associate’s degree (21%), specific postsecondary certificate/credential(s) (11%) or a bachelor’s degree (9%).
