What changes do organizations expect for minimum education and credentials in the near future? Organizations across all industries are projecting that in the next three to five years, jobs at all levels will require more education and credentials/certifications. The greatest change was reported for administrative/secretarial positions, where fewer organizations will consider candidates with only a high school diploma or equivalent (56%), and more organizations will require a minimum of either an associate’s degree (21%), specific postsecondary certificate/credential(s) (11%) or a bachelor’s degree (9%).
