This presentation is part 1 of 3 in a series of SHRM survey findings about the state of jobs and skills in the California. California and U.S. overall results are compared, and statistically significant differences are indicated in separate slides in the report.
The majority of organizations in California are doing well—one-quarter (26%) reported excellent financial health, and one-half (49%) indicated their organization was in good financial health. Additionally, over the past 12 months, three-fifths of California organizations had seen mild (45%) to significant (15%) improvement in their financial health.
