About the Presenters: Lorna Borenstein is founder and CEO of Grokker Inc. She entered the Internet world back in 2000, when she launched eBay Canada out of her guest room in Toronto. She subsequently held a number of senior management positions at both eBay and Yahoo! Having experienced the best and worst of corporate cultures, Borenstein has become an advocate of an employee-centric culture and has a long-standing belief that amazing cultures are core to an organization's success. She has written for Fortune, the Huffington Post and other publications.
Natalie Fair is defining Pinterest’s social impact efforts and serves as an operational and executive coach for leaders across the business organization. She has been with Pinterest since 2012 and previously was its head of finance, overseeing the company's finance, business operations, IT, real estate and facilities functions. Before joining Pinterest, Fair was vice president of finance at Meebo and held roles in both the operations and finance divisions at Google.
