Register now We tend to be carried forward in life by the momentum of our past, which is why we tend to do what we’ve always done -- as individuals, as departments, and as organizations. But you have the power to change all of that. Yes, you.
Using the powerful "16 Elements of Engagement" (a framework for building high-performing people, cultures and organizations), Rusty Lindquist takes a practical look at how to boost employee engagement in 2017. He’ll review the elements that lead to employee success and create a checklist to making sure that you have the right elements in place to ensure your people are positioned to succeed like never before.
About the Presenter: Rusty Lindquist is the vice president of HCM strategy and intellectual property at BambooHR. In that capacity, Mr. Linquist studies the intersection of organizational behavior, talent management, and HR strategy, all within the dynamics of small to medium-sized businesses. Prior to joining the BambooHR team, he spent three years leading product innovation in the Learning and Development industry, and 15 years running product in SaaS companies.
