Learn about our speaker About the Presenter: Sarah Romotsky, RD, is the head of health and science strategy at Headspace, where she works to increase awareness of the science behind mindfulness meditation in an effort to fulfill the company’s vision of improving the health and happiness of the world. At Headspace, Romotsky leads initiatives to educate users, B2B customers, and the media on the health benefits of meditation, and, specifically, mindful eating and the efficacy of the Headspace product. A registered dietitian, she understands the importance of science and evidence-based guidance and practice in adopting new healthy habits. During her work in nutrition settings, it became evident to Sarah that any effort to improve physical health must include a strategy to address mental health as the two are inextricably linked. She has contributed content to a variety of media outlets including US News & World Report, Huffington Post, Shape, and Martha Stewart.
