About the Presenter: Cara Capretta is vice president of the Human Capital Management Transformation Practice at Oracle. Her areas of expertise include competencies, succession planning and integrated HR practices. Prior to joining the Oracle team, Ms. Capretta was the president of Lominger International, a global provider of competency-based leadership development tools and the leader of talent at Nationwide Insurance. At Korn/Ferry, she co-authored. She also was the vice president of strategy and intellectual property at Korn/Ferry, where she co-authored books and product lines including FYI for Teams, FYI for Talent and The Interview Architect.
