About the Presenters: Tim Sackett, SHRM-SCP, SPHR, is the president of HRU Technical Resources, a leading IT and engineering staffing firm headquartered in Lansing, Michigan. Mr. Sackett has 20 years of combined executive HR and talent acquisition experience, working for Fortune 500 companies in health care, retail, dining, and technology. A highly sought after national speaker on leadership, talent acquisition, and HR execution, he also is a prolific writer in the HR and talent space, writing for Fistful of Talent and his own blog, The Tim Sackett Project. He has been named one of the Top 10 Human Resource Influencers on Twitter, which gives him great street cred with his teenage sons.
Marjorie Boursiquot is Assistant Vice President for Business Process Integration at Georgetown University in Washington, D.C. She collaborates with stakeholders across the University to leverage existing investments, identify business solutions, efficiencies and standardized processes to bend the cost curve and facilitate workforce and system improvements. Ms. Boursiquot has been at Georgetown University for eight years and previously served as Director of Administrative Applications within University Information Systems where she demonstrated incredible effectiveness at identifying innovative business solutions leveraging technology and guiding departments throughout the enterprise to take full advantage of their value.
