Engaging content and measurable results are essential to building an effective e-learning platform. Valuable analytics and reporting allow HR professionals to measure the effectiveness of training programs, track course completions and competencies, identify top-performing individuals, and make informed decisions regarding areas of improvement. With an easy-to-use learning platform like Moodle, HR professionals can create custom reports to collect and share data with key decision-makers, providing valuable transparency to the learning process. Furthermore, open-source learning platforms provide the ability to utilize a best-of-breed content strategy and innovative e-learning tools within a single system. Certifications, badges, games and other interactive learning tools can be used to encourage employee collaboration and engagement.

In this program, Brian Carlson and Randy Jones of eThink Education will discuss:

  • Strategies for building a collaborative and engaging learning platform in Moodle for HR professionals, including the utilization of analytics and engaging e-learning tools.
  • How built-in analytics and reporting can provide valuable transparency and enable more informed decision-making.
  • How open-source learning platforms such as Moodle provide a best-of-breed content strategy, robust analytics and time-saving integrations to maximize the learning experience.
