About the Presenters: J.D. Conway is head of talent acquisition at BambooHR. He has over a decade of experience as both a third-party recruiter for boutique technical recruiting firms and as an in-house recruiter. He's managed talent acquisition teams in high-growth SaaS companies and served Fortune 500 clients for the world’s largest recruiting corporation. From organizational health to recruitment marketing and employer branding, Conway has used his expertise to change the way companies' structure and view the functions of talent acquisition.

Mikaila Turman is vice president of people at GoodHire. She is a skilled HR professional with more than 13 years of experience in recruiting, operations and benefits administration. Her experience stems from four years at Inflection, GoodHire’s parent company, and nine years with NOLL Healthcare Network and NOLL Human Resource Services as an HR and operations manager and senior recruiting specialist.

Stefan Rock is a partner development representative at TextRecruit, a real-time candidate engagement platform that leverages SMS/text messaging, live chat, and AI, to help companies optimize their candidate pipeline. He primarily focuses on partnering with major applicant tracking systems, job boards and agencies to help their clients utilize TextRecruit’s platform.
