Compliance is a game in which the rules are always shifting. Are you setting up compliance practices in your organization that let you change quickly without harming your operations? In this program, BambooHR's Ivan Hurtt looks how your organization can adapt, including:

  • Getting complete and timely sign-off on new forms.
  • Ensuring that your payroll reports include the data the government requires.
  • Enhancing how you communicate changes (including health policies).
  • Protecting the data you gather from external threats.

When (not if) change happens, you can either sink in confusion or ride the change ahead of your competition. Using the right tools, technology and strategy makes all the difference.
