About the Presenters: Damon Klotz is a work culture evangelist at Culture Amp. This unique role balances external thought leadership and internal education to stakeholders inside Culture Amp. He previously held roles as lead marketing manager and head of community. He has also held leadership roles at Ramsay Health Care in the UK.

Yasmine Elkabir is director of talent and culture at AiFi, a technology company in Santa Clara, Calif., specializing in artificial intelligence and checkout-free store technology that empowers brick-and-mortar stores to upgrade, innovate and remain competitive. Prior to joining the AiFi team, she was director of talent at the Coit Group and head of talent and culture at Health IQ, both based in the San Francisco bay area.

Erin Merchant is a technology evangelist at Spoke. In this role, she marshals technological resources in a strategic way so the humanist, impactful projects and products employees are engaged in can thrive. She believes IT should help build confidence in individuals to approach their tools and workplace technologies with ease. She also has worked as a senior IT administrator at Pixar Animation Studios.
