It doesn’t take much searching to find an article, post or white paper on why employee engagement is important to your organization. What is much more difficult to find is something that actually helps you with the planning and implementation of your engagement initiative without a huge “consulting” engagement attached to it.

In this program, Paul Hebert, an expert in recognition, incentives and engagement with over 20 years of experience, and Michael Stapleton, a rewards and recognition product expert at AnyPerk, will discuss the “whys” AND the “hows” of employee engagement.

  • The one thing you HAVE to do to succeed (and it isn’t what you think).
  • The two sides to the reward discussion (it’s not always about stuff).
  • The three major parts of the engagement planning process (it doesn’t have to be complicated to be effective).
  • The four ways the different generations in your organization view engagement (this will surprise you – more alike than not?).

In additon, everyone who registers will receive a free 21-page e-book How to Build an Awesome Employee Engagement Plan.
