Have your open enrollment communications gotten a little soft around the middle lately? Want to whip them into shape but you’re not sure how? If so, join us for this one-of-a-kind, one-hour open enrollment communication bootcamp.

HR blogger/friendly drill sergeant Kris Dunn will share a dozen simple, battle-tested tips you can put into effect right away to make your benefits guides, presentations, emails and other content more engaging, helpful, and easy for your employees to digest. In addition, he will explain how thinking of your communications approach as a mini-advertising campaign can help you get your employees to care more about what you're sharing with them—and, most importantly, get them to act.

You’ll learn:
  • The 3 most important guiding principles to keep in mind when crafting your communication strategy
  • 6 tips for improving your benefits guide
  • 6 tips for improving your benefits presentations
  • And much more!

Learn about our speaker About the Presenter: Kris Dunn is the chief human resources officer for Kinetix, a RPO firm dedicated to growth companies. He is most interested in the intersection of the HR practice, technology and business results in today’s organizations. Don’t confuse him for Kris Dunn the NBA star, although he does have some impressive stats of his own: 3 degrees. One marriage. 2,000+ hires. A taste for grunge music originating from Seattle. Two turntables. One microphone. Dunn is also known to many as the HR Capitalist, namesake for the blog The HR Capitalist, which he started in 2006 with the goal of building a community he could learn from. He also launched the Fistful of Talent blog in 2008.
