Learn about our speaker About the Presenters: Steven Bearak co-founded IdentityForce in 2006 and is the company's CEO. Under Bearak’s leadership, the U.S. government awarded IdentityForce elite Tier-One status as an approved provider of identity protection services for data breaches affecting over 21.5 million people. IdentityForce is the only identity protection provider awarded the Parent Tested Parent Approved Seal. He is often sought by members of the press as a source for various security topics spanning across consumer and business audiences, and writes regularly for HR and security publications. Bearak has served on an identity theft panel for the National Information Security Group.

David Drap is president of WellnessIQ. He has over 20 years of experience in the health and wellness space, both on the individual side as well as in the corporate wellness side. Before WellnessIQ, Drap worked as an executive with Life Time Fitness and Club Corporation of America. Dave has designed, developed and implemented multiple wellness offerings during his career. His corporate designs have proven to be successful as they have led to greater workforce productivity, return on investment and overall employee health. Drap is a Certified Health Care Reform Specialist and has led numerous lectures and workshops on the topic of workplace wellness and the positive effects on the employee population and the employer’s bottom line.
