Once a rarity, employee self-service technology has become a popular workplace tool. In fact, in a recent Paycom survey of HR professionals 87 percent of organizations rated self-service technology as the most efficient way to provide employees with payroll and HR information.

About the Presenters: Stacey Pezold serves as Paycom’s first Chief Learning Officer. Having joined the company in 2005, she worked her way up to such positions as Regional Manager, Director of Corporate Training, Executive Vice President of Operations, Chief Operating Officer and, most recently, Chief Learning Officer. A graduate of Oklahoma State University, she has more than 11 years of leadership and training experience.

Jason Bodin is Paycom’s PR and communications director. A writer, speaker and business leader, Bodin has been the communications pulse for a number of organizations, including Paycom. A featured writer on human capital management technology, leadership and the Affordable Care Act, Bodin launched Paycom’s blog and social media channels, helping empower organizations around the nation. He is attuned to the needs of businesses and recently helped develop a tool to aid organizations in their pursuit to comply with the ACA and has hosted over 60 webinars on the topic.

Chelsea Jensen is Paycom’s communications coordinator. She manages Paycom’s communications, webinar and podcast programs and is co-host of the company’s HR Break Room podcast. During her more than seven years in marketing, corporate training and communications, she has created hundreds of magazines, training guides, videos and webinars for multiple industries.
