Original Program Date: June 2018 (available for on-demand viewing through November 2018)

Program length: 60 minutes

Corporate social responsibility (CSR) has become an essential tool in captivating, recruiting and retaining top talent. Employees and candidates want to work for a company that they feel is giving back to society. In fact, they expect their employer to not only be socially responsible but to also provide them with tools to engage with the causes they care about.

So how do you launch employee engagement initiatives? How do you empower employees to participate in the social good ecosystem through fundraising, volunteerism or matching donations? In this program, Blackbaud's corporate giving and engagement strategy expert Andrew Troup and consumer solutions expert Maria Carolina Simon discuss ways you can engage employees though a CSR strategy and provide them with the tools to support their favorite causes.
