Eric Higginbotham is the chief technology officer (CTO) of Global HR Research (GHRR). The founder of Vireo Technology (now known as Taleo) Higginbotham’s 20 years of technology experience as a developer, database administrator, IT administrator and technology leader gives him a unique perspective to understand which technology innovations will outlive trends and sustain rapid adoption as a mainstream part of a business operation. This experience was instrumental in designing, configuring, and launching GHRR’s Clairiti employment screening platform.

Pam Devata is a partner in the labor & employment practice of the law firm Seyfarth Shaw. She has extensive knowledge and experience on all things relating to the use of criminal, credit, and other background checks related to hiring. Both employers and background screening companies (consumer reporting agencies) look to Devata for guidance based on her deep knowledge and experience practicing in this area for nearly 20 years. She also leads Seyfarth's nationwide background screening compliance and litigation defense team, which currently has approximately 40 members nationwide.

Richard Juknavorian is chief product officer at HealthcareSource. In this role, he is responsible for strategic product direction and building industry-leading solutions that deliver sustainable value. He has more than 20 years of experience developing technology-based products and solutions for the health care industry. He previously held leadership positions at Casenet, where he was responsible for leading product strategy for Casenet’s TruCare solution suite; and at PointRight, a leading provider of post-acute analytics and decision support SaaS solutions.
