CFOs are challenged to support decisions that give their organizations an edge over their competitors, while managing risk, volatility and uncertainty.

It is important for HR business partners to understand the challenges their finance partners are facing and to empower them to create the finance function of the future. The pace and degree of risk is unparalleled and will only increase. But this creates tremendous opportunities for organizations.

Ash Noah, a vice president at the American Institute of CPAs (AICPA), will share what the AICPA and the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (CIMA) are hearing from finance leaders around the world. He will talk about how the finance organization is evolving and how CFOs of the future are preparing themselves and their teams -- not just to navigate, but to steer their organizations to create sustainable value. Empower your CFOs to harness these opportunities.

About the Presenter: Ash Noah is vice president of CGMA External Relations at the American Institute of CPAs (AICPA). In that role, he focuses on introducing, promoting and widening awareness of the Chartered Global Management Accountant (CGMA) designation among organizations worldwide. He works closely with the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (CIMA) and acts as a liaison to the CFOs and CEOs of Fortune 1000 companies and other significant organizations. Noah previously served as CFO of the International Unit of the global transport and logistics provider, TNT Express, and has led finance teams in 45 countries through significant transformation. Ash is a licensed U.S. CPA and a fellow of CIMA, making him one of the few CGMA designation holders who qualify through both the AICPA and CIMA.
