Many organizations are facing a new challenge: creating a new post-pandemic workplace that respects the safety and needs of its employees, while also serving the bottom line. HR professionals and leadership are must determine which work-from-home practices will be allowed to continue, and which will be left behind.
HR leaders need to offer equitable options that take into account the successes of remote work, while also providing the resources needed to re-socialize and engage the workforce that is returning to the office. How do you coach employees to be successful in both environments? In this program, K. Anja Wynne of Wynne Consulting will describe how you can gain the tools to equitably move your organization’s culture forward.
At the end of this program, you will be able to:

- Apply the lessons learned from a year of remote work to provide balanced solutions for a safe and productive workplace.
- Share experiences and strategies for coaching employees to be successful in both environments.
