She is passionate mental health advocate and co-author of “There’s An Elephant in Your Office”, a how-to guide to help managers identify and appropriately respond to mental health issues as they appear in the workplace. Herron is also the host of WebMD’s podcast,
HR Scoop, a show that covers the evolving world of employee benefits, as well as the challenges of managing different employee populations.
Tony Lee has hosted All Things Work since its debut in 2018. He is SHRM's vice president of content, overseeing all editorial functions and staff, with a particular focus on evolving SHRM's content strategy globally. Lee is a recognized authority on recruitment trends.
