Up to 75 percent of of health care spending can be attributed to the treatment of chronic conditions. The good news? Many of the most common chronic conditions, such as Type 2 diabetes, can be prevented by simple lifestyle changes like losing weight. In fact, losing just 5 percent of body weight has a proven positive impact on one’s health. In this program, Steve Olin, CEO of Real Appeal, discusses how delivering a fun and engaging weight loss program for an employee population can help put a lid on health care spending, transform workplace culture, and improve lives.

About the Presenter: Steve Olin is chief executive officer of Real Appeal, a clinical weight loss program billed through claims. He is an experienced health care executive leader with a proven track record of driving results and sustained levels of high performance across sales and marketing, product development/management and operations.
