About the Presenters: Steve Parkhouse is bswift's vice president of client services. He has 25 years of experience in benefits administration and benefits technology, including expertise in new client implementations and ongoing business operations. Parkhouse leads a large client services team and has extensive insight into employers’ unique employee benefits and enrollment needs and challenges.

Mike Glantz is bswift's executive vice president of business development. He has 20 years of strategy and solutions experience in the benefits administration industry and has served in various executive and business leadership positions throughout his career. Glantz also is experienced in benefit administration outsourcing, exchange technology configuration and the insurance carrier business. His market-facing experience has given him unique insight into industry trends in the benefits and enrollment space.

Maria Keller is bswift's communications director. She is a marketing communications professional with 20 years of experience in the employer healthcare and benefits administration space. She has extensive experience leading marketing and employee communication teams and initiatives. expertise includes all aspects of marketing and communications specializing in storytelling, creating strong brand awareness and benefits education.
