Learn about our speakerAbout the Presenters: Mollie Lombardi is cofounder and CEO of Aptitude Research Partners, an independent, research-based analyst and advisory firm that focuses on the new conversation required by changes in how technology is delivered and utilized by today’s organizations. Lombardi has surveyed and interviewed thousands of organizations to understand how human capital management technology is enabling organizational success. Her research has been featured in the Wall Street Journal, eLearning Magazine, CIO Magazine and other publications. Prior to cofounding Aptitude Research Partners, Lombardi held vice president positions at Brandon Hall Group and Aberdeen Group.

Amanda Nichols is industry manager for the services and distribution practice group at Kronos Incorporated, a leading provider of human capital and workforce management software solutions. In this role, Nichols helps lead product direction and go-to-market strategies for several target industries, including field and contract services. She is also responsible for partnering across sales, services, product development, and customer support to achieve customer satisfaction goals.
