Many businesses across the globe were forced to implement work from home for their employees at the onset of the COVID-19 pandemic in March of 2020. With a number of organizations now resuming business operations, it certainly won’t be business as usual. Bringing back the workforce and visitors, albeit in a staggered and limited way, involves a wholly reimagined work environment, and HR teams in organizations play a critical role in enabling this.

The new item on the agenda for HR executives involves having a reliable system in place to ensure workforce safety, keeping work environments safe and the ability to act in real time to infection triggers while protecting employee, privacy and any other concerns.

In this program, HARMAN's John Stacey and Prakash Tripathi will discuss:

  • What to expect when employees and visitors return to your business
  • The role of a chief human resources officer (CHRO) for safe reopening of businesses and challenges they need to address
  • Challenges with successfully deploying safe return to business solutions, driving adoption and ensuring compliance
  • How HARMAN’s AccuAlertMe is helping enterprises with their safe return to business plans
  • HARMAN's strategy and learnings from deploying AccuAlertMe for its business
