About the Presenter: Natalie Kessler heads Adobe's employment branding team. She is a creative employment brand marketer and strategic communications practitioner with more than 17 years of experience working in Silicon Valley and South East Asia, in both corporate (Intel) and agency (Edelman, The Hoffman Agency) roles. She’s responsible for building Adobe’s global Employment Branding program from the ground up, and for establishing their social media footprint specific to making the brand an employer of choice. She led the development of Adobe Life digital magazine for iPads -- showcasing the inspiring stories of their global workforce, and Adobe's first-ever guerrilla marketing campaign for university recruitment.
