However, receiving budget and buy-in from the C-suite to implement these programs can be challenging and can halt these initiatives in their tracks. As employers search for ways to address employee engagement and culture, they struggle to find solutions that balance C-level executives’ focus on return-on-investment and business results with employees’ desire for meaningful feedback and recognition.

He’ll be joined by Michael Stapleton, Vice President of Marketing at AnyPerk, who will share his experience implementing employee recognition programs with employers in a variety of industries and how they have successfully navigated through C-suite-level objections to obtain buy-in.

Michael Stapleton is an expert in the rewards and recognition space. As the Vice President of Marketing at AnyPerk, Stapleton has conducted extensive research in the HR industry and recently helped spearhead the launch of a new employee recognition product. He has been in the HR space for over six years and is passionate about connecting HR professionals with the programs they need to succeed. Prior to AnyPerk, Stapleton was a Vice President at Gild, where he was first introduced to the HR technology space.
