HR plays a critical role in the success of organizations. However, the objectives of HR (e.g., improved retention and higher employee engagement) are not always fully aligned with fundamental business goals such as increasing revenue per FTE.

A 2016 study by Aberdeen Group found that 75% of Best-in-Class companies invest in HCM solutions they hope will enable them to connect HR initiatives to the organization’s strategic priorities. Nevertheless, in spite of this investment, 66% of these companies still struggle to make the connection in a compelling, data-driven way.

On the bright side, this same study found that efficient management of HR outcomes through a clearly defined and optimized solution ecosystem can boost annual revenue increases by 20%.

This program will show you how they do it. Specifically, it will describe: how the Best-in-Class align HR objectives with the overarching strategic goals of the business; how the Best-in-Class manage process workflows, within and across HR solutions, to better measure success and explicitly connect HR outcomes to business outcomes; and, finally, how increased efficiency in workflow and solution management can produce timely insights that better inform strategic business decisions.
