Businesses don’t create value, people do. And HR is the ultimate steward of this incredible organizational asset. But, as HR professionals, much of our time is spent focused on policies, processes and procedures, and not on people, performance, and productivity.

It’s time to change all that.

Over the past several years numerous engagement approaches have surfaced. But what's strong in one is absent in another. After more than a decade of analyzing the elements common across these models, and drawing upon the latest principles of performance psychology, there’s a new framework for understanding and driving engagement, satisfaction and performance: a multi-dimensional synthesis of every element of engagement.

In this program, author and consultant Rusty Lindquist of BambooHR will identify the levers that will empower you to unleash the greatness in your employees. Leave with a comprehensive overview of what drives people to perform, what triggers a performance stall, how to diagnose disengagement, and how to create organizational thrust through high performing people and cultures.

Because this is what HR is all about -- our human resources.

About the Presenter: Rusty Lindquist is the vice president of Strategic HR Insights at BambooHR. In that capacity, he studies the intersection of organizational behavior, talent management, and HR strategy, all within the dynamics of small to medium-sized businesses. Prior to joining the BambooHR team, he spent three years leading product innovation in the learning and development industry, and 15 years running product in SaaS companies. He is also the author of an upcoming book, elements of which are reflected in this presentation.
