In her current role, Kane takes a proactive role in helping Saba understand its own learning gaps in the organization in all departments including engineering, technical support, customer support, sales, marketing, administration and partners.

Taylor Vaughan is a solution consultant at Saba Software. An experienced leader in the talent management, performance management and learning services areas, Vaughan has worked with global clients across a variety of industries to maximize the impact of their workforce and leverage technology to gain strategic and actionable insights. With almost 20 years of experience in learning and talent management space, Vaughan specializes in business process design, business process outsourcing, leadership development, corporate learning and organizational development.
