Businesses are in an unprecedented struggle for top talent, as employees leave in droves. A record
4.3 million Americans resigned from their jobs in August –– the highest on record for nearly 20 years. That same month,
65 percent of U.S. workers said they were looking for a new job. In this program, Julia Lamm and Breck Marshall from PwC discuss how the right tools and platforms can position your organization to deliver training that can engage your people––and ties individual career goals to business objectives.
Learn more about the keys to successful upskilling, including how to:
- Personalize learning instead of relying on outdated training that teaches general competencies instead of job-specific skills.
- Boost ROI on upskilling by providing experiential learning that meets your people at the intersection of skill level and function.
- Offer access to technologies like automation and a corresponding digital marketplace where employees can find, share and deploy peer-built digital solutions.
