About the Presenter: Jeanne Meister is a founding partner of Future Workplace LLC, a firm that provides executive education to HR leaders and high-potential managers to build the skills and capabilities needed for success in the workplace of the future. She has authored two books on the topic of corporate universities, Corporate Quality Universities and Corporate Universities: Lessons in Building a World-Class Work Force. Her latest book -- The 2020 Workplace: How Innovative Companies Attract, Develop, and Keep Tomorrow’s Employees Today (Harper Collins, 12th printing) -- focuses on how organizations and individuals can prepare for the future workplace. She has also written articles and been profiled in such publications as Chronicle of Higher Education, CLO Magazine, Financial Times, Fast Company, Harvard Business Review, Harvard Management Update, Journal of Business Strategy, T&D Magazine, Outlook, People & Strategy Journal and Workforce Management. She is also a Contributor to Forbes Magazine with a column entitled "2020 Workplace: Preparing For The Future."

Meister is also the Founder of the 2020 Workplace Network, a consortium of 40 companies that convene bi-annually to discuss, debate and share how to prepare for the future of work. She was previously Vice President of Market Development at Accenture.
