You may have noticed that the finance role is not what it used to be. We’re working within a VUCA world – one of increased volatility, uncertainty, complexity and ambiguity. For HR professionals looking to identify and develop the best financial talent, it’s important to know that the finance industry is experiencing a rapid shift and significant evolution. As your organization aims to remain competitive and operate efficiently, a future-proof CFO and a financial team that contributes directly to those goals may start with you.

Join Ash Noah, vice president of CGMA External Relations at the American Institute of CPAs (AICPA), as he shares how HR can partner with finance to recruit and retain talent through a structured approach to competency development.

About the Presenter: Ash Noah is vice president of CGMA external relations at the American Institute of CPAs (AICPA). In that role, he focuses on introducing, promoting and widening awareness of the Chartered Global Management Accountant (CGMA) designation among organizations worldwide. He works closely with the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (CIMA) and acts as a liaison to the CFOs and CEOs of Fortune 1000 companies and other significant organizations. Noah previously served as CFO of the International Unit of global transport and logistics provider TNT Express and has led finance teams in 45 countries through significant transformation. Ash is a licensed U.S. CPA and a fellow of CIMA, making him one of the few CGMA designation holders who qualify through both the AICPA and CIMA.
