About the Presenters: Rusty Lindquist is the vice president of HCM strategy and intellectual property at BambooHR. In that capacity, Mr. Linquist studies the intersection of organizational behavior, talent management, and HR strategy, all within the dynamics of small to medium-sized businesses. Prior to joining the BambooHR team, he spent three years leading product innovation in the Learning and Development industry, and 15 years running product in SaaS companies.
Michelle Reed is the chief marketing officer at SkillSurvey. In this role, she collaborates with customers, partners and industry experts to help help strategically impact critical points in the talent lifecycle. A results-oriented, hands-on marketing and communications executive with over two decades of experience working in the technology sector, Ms. Reed has also held roles in software development, communications, college recruiting and human resources.
