Employee mental health continues to rank as a topic on the minds of people leaders everywhere.

Depression and anxiety are the frequently considered conditions in discussions of mental health, but the chronic disease of obesity is another piece of the employee mental health picture tied to other mental health conditions that result in rising direct and indirect costs for employers.

In this program, you’ll learn more about obesity, the stigmas and biases associated with it, as well as how it can impact your employees’ mental health. You’ll acquire a better understanding of how to communicate about obesity with compassion and hear about real world examples and efforts aimed at addressing the issue.
