Organization is committed to upskill their TA and HRBP professionals. Towards this objective they wanted their 100 + professionals to undergo behavioural interviewing skills, HRBP and HR next programs

- Pre-Workshop: Pre-reads were distributed
- Live Workshop:
- BEI : to facilitate recruiters to assess organizational competencies through use of structured interviewing techniques; workshop included live interviews being conducted and assessed
- HRBP: an experiential workshop to understand HRBP role, skills and tools to align to org strategy

HR Next: an experiential workshop covering all functions of HR and the application of conceptual knowledge in everyday HR work
