Workshop Objectives:

At the end of the workshop, participants will have improved their emotional literacy - will be able to tune into their own self talk, identify ref flags in others and apply principles of maintaining and nurturing productive work relationships!

This workshop will provide ways for people to be self-determining in their own participation. Participants will be encouraged to work with the EI concepts and skills in relation to situations they have experienced, or those they are currently facing. The course will introduce the principles of Emotional Intelligence (EI), situations, techniques of application. Understanding and working with over-reactions, anxiety, anger and defensiveness are also explained.

About the Speaker:

Divyanshu Ganatra - A clinical psychologist, researcher, behavioural facilitator, self-made serial entrepreneur; he is trained in Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy and Adlerian therapy from Malta, Europe.

Donning the hat of a facilitator and educationist, Divyanshu conducts programs on Leading with Emotional Intelligence, Achievement Motivation: Drive For Results and Psychometric Assessments. Beyond these, he is an avid trekker, pilot, IT geek and musician. Divyanshu is always looking to use his voice to tell the story of personal growth, self-confidence, achieving individual targets independent of disability. "When I lost my eyesight to glaucoma at 19, they told me I could only make cane furniture. I've never made a chair in my life," says Divyanshu. And thus the story begins…

Nimisha Ganatra Mehta - is a perception, belief and language expert. She has over 18 years of training and facilitation experience. She works extensively in the field of Communication and Language Development, Presentation Skills, and Customer Orientation. With an MS in Counseling and Psychotherapy, and training in Rational Emotive Behavioral Therapy and Solution Focused Brief Therapy, she is able to understand adult learning paradigms and behaviours and customise delivery for enhanced learning.
